Roles include: Check-in & registration — greet players, hand out packets, set the tone for the day Field crew — help set up, reset between games, keep things moving Umpires and Line Referees --- Nobody more important on the field than you Hospitality — water, snacks, and a friendly face for players and fans Cheer & spirit — bring the noise, run the sideline energy, hype the crowd Photo & social — capture the moments and help us share them Setup & teardown — the early birds and the closers who make the whole thing possible WHAT TO EXPECT? We have secured the entire park for our exclusive tournament play. WHERE 10 person per team, pool play / single elimination kickball tournament. All teams participate in pool play games at Mills Pond Park to determine seeding. SUNDAY, FEB 14 BRACKET PLAY Single-elimination bracket play begins as teams continue their journey through the tournament. Every game is a chance to compete, connect, and make lasting memories.
